Day 01 :

Kathmandu – Dzangmu. Overnight at Nyalam Guest house

Day 02 :

Nyalam to Old Dingri. Camping

Day 03 :

Beginning of trekking from Old Dingri to Lungjang through two villages.
(4-5 hrs). Camping

Day 04 :

Lungjang to the foot of Pangla (3-5 hrs). Camping

Day 05 :

From the foot of Pangla to Zachu river via Pangla at the elevation of 5000m.
(5-6hrs). Camping

Day 06 :

Zachu to Rongbuk monastery (4-5hrs). Camping.

Day 07 :

Rongbuk monastery to Everest Base camp and back to Rongbuk
monastery (4hrs). Camping

Day 08 :

Drive to Shigatse. Overnight at Gang Gyen hotel

Day 09 :

In the morning Visit Tashi Lhunpo monastery and drive to Gyangtse.
In the afternoon visit Palchoe monastery and Pagoda stupa. Overnight at
Zongsheng hotel.

Day 10 :

Drive to Lhasa via Yamdrok Lake. Overnight at Mandala hotel or hotel Flora

Day 11 :

In the morning visit Potala palace and in the afternoon visit Jokang temple and
Barkor Market. Overnight at Mandala hotel or hotel Flora.

Day 12 :

Visit to Drepung monastery and Sera monastery. Same hotel

Day 13 :

Drive to Airport and Fly back to KTM.
