23 Days in the land of the Yeti

Is the Yeti real? Or a figment of human imagination? Don't tell the locals that they are only imagining creates like the yeti, as they claim to see them often.

The Rowaling Trek is located in the eastern part of Nepal near the Everest region. It offers great views of Mt. Everest without all of the crowds. This trek offers a chance to climb Pharchamp Peak.

Pharchamo Peak is a trekking mountain rising 6.237 m/20,462 ft. and overlooks Mt. Everest and some of the other 8000+m peaks. While not as technical as Mt. Everest, you should be in good physical condition with some mountain experience. The ascent will still be challenging, but the views from on top incredible as you look down across the valleys toward Everest.

The trek will offer you great opportunities to experience the local culture as well as meeting the various ethnic groups. There is plenty of wildlife to see as you follow rushing mountain streams and walk past majestic waterfalls. There are many photo opportunities as you see some of the greatest mountains in the world.
