12 Days into the very heart of the Himalayas
The Annapurna Sanctuary has been set apart to protect its unique scenery and heritage for generations to come. This trek takes you through the heart of the Annapurna region to Annapurna South Face Base Camp. The trek circles around Annapurna I, the 10th highest peak in the world.
This trek takes you to heights of 4,130 m, yet is a relatively easy trek with only a few steep areas to walk. The trek leaves Pokhara and moves quickly into the Annapurna Mountains where you are surrounded by great scenery.
Enjoy a dip in the hot springs at Jhinu, visit the Gurung village of Ghandruk or stand at Annapurna Base Camp looking up at the various snowcapped peaks. There will also be time to enjoy a free day in the lakeside city of Pokhara, where you can take a boat ride on the beautiful blue waters of Lake Fewa which reflect the snow white peaks of the surrounding mountains.
Ask your representative at PANDA TREKS & EXPEDITIONS for more information about your trek into the Annapurnas.
